NHBC HB353B CERTIFICATES

 

In conjunction with providing a timber frame design service, we are also able to provide an NHBC certification service for timber-framed buildings.

 

David Button is an approved NHBC certifier and is able to provide HB353B certificates where required.

 

Section C of HB353B is automatically completed, when requested, as a part of our design service.

 

Section D of HB353B requires knowledge of the particular timber frame system being certified. With repeat clients, this is often achieved by prior approval of the manufacturer’s own standard details, in conjunction with the architectural plans. In the case of new clients, or unorthodox systems, a study of each case will be made requiring detailed drawings and specifications to be prepared.
