INTRODUCTION

Having originally been established in 1979, Cowan Consultancy Limited was formed on 1st September 2005 as the result of a management re-organisation.

We therefore have over 30 years experience of providing engineering design and advisory consultancy services within the civil, structural, and building engineering industry from our offices in Fareham, Hampshire and Shanklin, Isle of Wight.

Throughout this time we have developed an enviable reputation for providing the highest levels of service, and underline our commitment to providing high quality standards with our recent accreditation to ISO 9001:2008. We are proud to work in partnership with many highly regarded companies in the construction industry, who appreciate and demand such qualities.
